Going out of town this weekend did not help my numbers. I missed two gym days and that hurt my step totals. I am back on track and should have my steps totals back up. I was able to get five gym days in last week. I added incline intervals on the treadmill this week. We will see if that helps the scale move.

Way to go! It's so hard to stick to exercise when you're out of the normal routine. Sounds like you did great anyway though.
