Don't Lose Hope....

I just finished week 4 of my new challenge.  I wouldn't be human if I wasn't disappointed with this weeks loss. ( I was down .2 lbs. )   I did have some womanly issues against me.  :o)   That is a total of 8.4 lbs this month.  I worked out 5 days last week and logged in 21 miles.  That's not too shabby.  I am also very excited that I am able to to do the elliptical for at least 50 mins. and 15 mins on the stair glide.  That is a great calorie burn.  So I am going to brush myself off and back to the gym I go!!

  2. Any loss is a loss! I didn't work out as much this week and it seemed to help me trick my body into losing. I didn't think I would lose this week. Just thought I'd throw that out as something to try just to switch it up. My Dr also mentioned more than 20 minutes on one machine will put your body into that memory mode where it knows what it takes and you need to constantly switch it up. You can still work out for over and hour, but you need to move every 20 minutes to a new activity. I'm trying that next week. Can't wait to try Gympact.
