Yes, I really did!

I couldn't help myself and stepped on the scale today.  But I am glad I did!! I was down 1 lb!!  That is a total of 11.6 lbs since March 1st and 20 lbs all together!  I am going to try not to weigh again until the middle of the month.  I really don't know why it is  coming off so slow, but I will take it!! is not my virtue, lol. :D

  1. Good for you!! I weigh in , officially, every Wed. but I do weigh myself during the week to monitor how I am doing. I have now lost 13.3 pounds in 7 weeks!! I am happy with that. I am still eating about 100- 1200 calories a day and doing 25 minutes on my bike riding 6 miles a day and burning about 150 calories. My friend has lost 44 pounds since Jan. Our motto is Think Thin!!
