This is my rest week.  I really hope that by the end of this week I will be able to get back to exercising.   The guys just left to the gym and I almost went.  But I reminded myself that this is for the best.  Maybe by this weekend....

I was pretty excited this morning!  I stepped on the scale.....I stepped on it again....for the third time I stepped on it.  I couldn't believe my eyes! I have finally lost 15 lbs.! (Since March 1st) For a total of 23 lbs.  {happy dance}

Fitbit Update:

Steps were down this week and I expect them to be down next week also.

  2. Good for you!! I have lost a total of 17.7 pounds in Week 10 and I weigh in tomorrow....My friend has lost 51 pounds since the beginning of the year!!
